How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for baby gear and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in original, unwashed, and unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some items like pacifiers and opened nursing pads are final sale.
Are your products safe for newborns?
Yes, safety is our top priority. All products sold at Milk & Baby meet or exceed US safety standards. We curate our collection from trusted brands that use non-toxic, BPA-free, and baby-safe materials.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order has reached the shipping floor, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more countries in the near future.
